Austria's Involvment in the Great War

Sometimes, arguments and battles are begun because of disagreements; some are because one person is at fault. Others, like World War One, were started because of a man named Gavrilo Princip, a Bosnian-Serb nationalist, who assassinated the Archduke Franz Ferdinand, of Austria, heir of the Austro-Hungarian throne, on June 28th, 1914. Once their heir to the throne was deceased, Austria/Hungary began making commands against the Kingdom of Serbia in a way to ‘repay’ them, in which instigated the Great War when the Kingdom of Serbia did not comply. One month later, Austria declared war on Serbia. A year later, in 1915, Germany and Austria triumphs over Poland and Lithuania, and by September 6th, the Russians lose over one million men. On August 27th, 1916, Romania proclaims war on Austria/Hungary, then after that, the war proceeds on until Armistice arrives on November 11th, 1918, which impedes the Western Front hostilities.
